The Mini Model
This is our smallest model yet! If you are looking for true tiny living for 1-2 people, this is your new home!
It features a single room efficiency with a great size kitchen for a home this small, room for small table for two and a living/sleeping area. Approximately 300 square feet of living space in a single 8ft x 20ft steel shipping container. This model would elevate your living experience with the addition of a wooden deck on the front to give you ample space for outdoor relaxing or entertaining (additional cost).
The rooftop deck features a 8ft x 20ft wooden deck with straight steps located in the back of the can. This will allow you to grill and entertain guests while admiring views from your home. A truly relaxing oasis. We include a wooden rooftop deck in our starting price!
It has it’s own closed off full bath with standing shower, toilet and vanity. Add shelves above the toilet for more storage if you choose. There are also lots of windows to bring in light and the outside in. The bathroom features a small window, high up that opens for ventilation but also privacy.
The Single Model
The kitchen is our favorite space. It features tons of upper and lower cabinets for storage. It has room for a big sink, cook top or small stove with oven, microwave above the cook top and small refrigerator. The windows are what really shine in this kitchen. 2 long windows, one beneath the cabinets and the full length of the can side, plus another panoramic window that opens to the outside bar area.
This mini model will allow you to have a tiny home you have been dreaming about on some land or an urban lot you can call home!
The Double Model
This is the perfect balance of the desirable open floor plan living area but still living tiny. The Double Model is two, 40ft shipping containers staggered, with just under 600 square feet, this house has enough room for all the functions of a normal home. It hosts two bedrooms, one bathroom and a laundry room. Plus, it gives you two outdoor living spaces.
The C Model
The C Model is a great design that allows for a HUGE deck in the center of your space. Bring the outdoor living in! This model is one, 40 foot shipping container with two, 20 foot containers on the sides to create a “C” shaped home. It is just under 600 square feet. This model is inspired by blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
