It consists of one 20ft x 8ft shipping container with a single wall in the middle to create two separate offices. This would use a mini split to control both heat and cooling.

The Interior
This model utilizes a durable PVC click wall interior but other walls such as ship lap or drywall can be used. It has 2 large walls to bring the outside in and create lots of natural light. We also add your choice of lighting and many power outlets for your electrical needs.
Rooftop Deck
This rooftop deck is an amazing bonus and great use of space. Enjoy relaxing here for meals with friends or work breaks. It is a great size, 20ft x 8ft which can fit both a seating area and table area. Some clients have created a rooftop garden on their rooftop.
